Understanding your plan and usage

Your plan sets real limits — team members, WhatsApp numbers, AI replies per month, automations, and more — and the Payments page shows your actual usage against each one, never a guessed number. A limit genuinely not tracked for your plan is shown as such, not as a fake zero.

If you go past your monthly AI-reply allowance, a purchased message-balance top-up covers the difference until your next billing cycle. You can change your plan or cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) at any time from the same page.
