Automating replies and workflows

The Automation Builder lets you wire a trigger (a new order, an idle conversation, a webhook, and more) to a chain of steps — sending a message, creating a ticket, updating an order, asking the AI to decide between branches, or waiting for a customer's reply.

Branching steps like Condition, Switch, and AI Decision render as a real connected flow on the canvas, so you can see every path a conversation can take at a glance. You can also schedule an automation to specific hours or days, and rate-limit how often it fires.
